Location: New York, NY (Midtown Manhattan – 4 days onsite)
Compensation: $180,000 – $220,000 + 10–15% Bonus
Employment Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire


About the Opportunity

We are partnering with a highly respected, $3B AUM investment firm known for its disciplined, institutional approach and lean, high-performing team. This is a high-impact, visible role where you will serve as the operational backbone of the New York office while supporting senior leadership at the highest level.

This is not a traditional office role—this is a trusted partner position for someone who thrives in fast-paced financial environments and takes pride in delivering a seamless, polished workplace experience.


What You’ll Do

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring an efficient, professional, and high-performing environment
  • Manage vendor relationships including building management, IT, and facilities
  • Coordinate office logistics: space planning, supplies, equipment, and maintenance
  • Provide high-touch executive support to senior leadership (complex calendars, meetings, travel coordination)
  • Lead planning and execution of internal events and select client-facing functions
  • Oversee new hire onboarding logistics in partnership with HR and IT
  • Manage office budgets, invoices, and expense reporting with precision
  • Serve as the primary liaison with external service providers
  • Develop and refine office policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Ensure compliance with firm standards and NYC workplace expectations

What You Bring

  • 8+ years of office management experience REQUIRED within:
    • Hedge fund
    • Private equity
    • Investment banking
    • Real estate investment / financial services
  • Proven experience supporting C-level executives or senior investment professionals
  • Strong background managing vendors, budgets, and office operations in NYC
  • Exceptional organization, discretion, and attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a high-expectation, fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in:
    • Microsoft Office Suite
    • Concur
    • Zoom / Microsoft Teams
  • Experience with executive travel, expense management, and event coordination
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong ownership mentality

  • Must have prior financial services experience (no exceptions)
  • Must be currently located in the NYC area (no relocation provided)
  • Ability to work 4 days onsite in Midtown Manhattan
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
