Confidential Notes (For Your Internal Use Only — Do NOT Post)
- Avoid mentioning:
- “Top Place to Work”
- “Free lunch / chef”
- Company growth/expansion specifics
- Keep industry description broad: “industrial technology organization”
- Do not list company name or division
- Keep language neutral to avoid internal recognition
If you want next step, I can also:
- Create a stealth LinkedIn posting version (even more vague)
- Build a Boolean / ZoomInfo string to match this rebranded title
- Or align this with your FPGA / LIDAR search strategy so you actually get the right candidates this time
