Opportunity with a growing manufacturer in the PEMB space seeking a Sales Operations Manager to lead internal sales execution and support functions. This role oversees Inside Sales and Project Management while driving process improvements across the full sales-to-delivery lifecycle.

Qualifications
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop Inside Sales and Project Management teams
- Oversee sales execution from contract through project delivery
- Build structure, accountability, and performance standards across teams
- Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements
- Standardize workflows across quoting, order management, and coordination
- Ensure smooth handoffs between sales, operations, and production
- Track KPIs such as order cycle time, backlog, and team productivity
- Partner cross-functionally with engineering and leadership
Qualifications
- 5+ years in sales operations, inside sales, project management, or similar
- Experience leading or mentoring customer-facing teams
- Strong process improvement and workflow optimization background
- Experience in PEMB, construction, steel, or manufacturing preferred
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, multi-project environment
