Pay: $30.90–$39.30 per hour, based on experience, plus shift differential
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:30 p.m.–midnight

Henpen Consultants is seeking an experienced Injection Molding Process Technician for a growing precision plastics manufacturer. Join a collaborative team producing high-quality components in a clean manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do

• Perform mold setups, teardowns, and machine startups and shutdowns.
• Troubleshoot molding processes to reduce scrap and downtime.
• Document process settings and implement approved adjustments.
• Set up auxiliary equipment and assist with robotics and automation.
• Partner with maintenance and engineering to resolve equipment issues.
• Train operators on procedures and support continuous improvement.

What You’ll Bring

• At least 2 years of hands-on plastic injection molding setup, processing, and troubleshooting experience.
• Understanding of scientific molding principles and injection mold design.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to explain process adjustments.
• Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
• Strong communication skills, reliability, and attention to safety.
• Robotics, end-of-arm tooling (EOAT), and automation experience preferred.
