We are seeking an accomplished Civil Engineering Leader specializing in Wastewater Design/Build who is ready to make a significant impact, lead major projects, develop high-performing teams, and drive new business growth.

Compensation: Up to $220,000, depending on qualifications and leadership experience.

Locations: Greenville, SC or Gainesville, GA

This is more than a traditional engineering position. It is an opportunity for an experienced wastewater professional to influence strategic decisions, expand client relationships, and help shape the future of a growing engineering practice.

What You'll Lead

  • Direct complex wastewater treatment and infrastructure design/build projects.

  • Lead engineering teams, project execution, budgets, and schedules.

  • Develop wastewater treatment solutions, feasibility studies, and cost estimates.

  • Build strong client relationships and win new wastewater engineering projects.

  • Drive business development, technical excellence, and operational growth.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives and market expansion.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or higher.

  • 15+ years of civil engineering experience, including wastewater projects.

  • Proven wastewater design/build project management experience.

  • Demonstrated success securing new projects and developing business.

  • Strong engineering leadership and client relationship skills.

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license in Georgia or South Carolina, or ability to obtain licensure.

  • Knowledge of stormwater modeling software, including HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, SSA, or ICPR.

  • An established engineering leader or a senior professional ready for greater executive exposure.
