Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES: 
• Identify, target, and pursue new customers 
• Execute a structured prospecting strategy using cold calls, cold visits, networking, and referrals 
• Lead discovery conversations to uncover process challenges and value opportunities 
• Present value-based chemical solutions aligned to customer needs 
• Manage the entire sales cycle from first contact through close 
• Build and maintain a robust new-business pipeline 
• Consistently meet or exceed new customer and revenue targets 
• Partner internally to ensure smooth handoff after the sale 
• Consistent new logo acquisition 
• Strong pipeline development 
• High outbound activity levels 
• Closed revenue from new customers 
• Disciplined prospecting habits
Qualifications
• Proven B2B hunter with a track record of new customer acquisition 
• Experience selling into manufacturing, metalworking, or industrial markets 
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound activity 
• Strong discovery, negotiation, and closing skills 
• Highly competitive, self-directed, and resilient 
• Comfortable working independently from a home office and in the field
