Job Description

This is a full time, onsite role based in Niagara Falls, New York for a Quality manager. As the Quality Manager, you will be a key member of the mill leadership team, responsible for ensuring quality systems and standards, safety, product quality consistency, system reliability, and continuous improvement across all quality processes. You will collaborate closely with Operations, Maintenance, Continuous Improvement, and Corporate Quality to uphold our commitment to customer satisfaction and operational performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality, Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of quality leadership experience within a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of quality systems, standards, and problem-solving methodologies
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
• Proven ability to engage teams and lead change effectively
• Experience in paper, packaging, converting, or continuous-process manufacturing strongly preferred
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or similar continuous improvement certification preferred Experience with ISO/QMS systems, SPC, MSA, and statistical quality tools preferred
