What You’ll Be Doing
- Design end-to-end smart building solutions across BAS, HVAC, lighting, security, and energy systems
- Work directly with enterprise clients to understand needs and translate into scalable technical solutions
- Partner with sales and engineering teams to ensure feasibility and alignment
- Lead solution architecture, technical design, and integration strategy
- Support proposals, presentations, and cost estimates for complex projects
- Serve as a subject matter expert on smart building technologies and trends

What They’re Looking For
- 5+ years in Building Automation (BAS), smart buildings, or systems integration
- Strong understanding of HVAC, lighting, energy management, and building systems
- Experience with BMS platforms, integration protocols, and IoT-enabled environments
- Ability to work client-facing and translate technical solutions into business value
- Background in engineering, computer science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Additional Details
- Salary: $100K–$125K + 10% bonus
- Location: Remote (East Coast preferred)
- Travel: As needed (primarily East Coast)
- Employment Type: Full-time, Direct Hire
- Work Authorization: U.S. Citizen or Green Card (no sponsorship)
