Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) – Senior Project Manager

Location: Charlotte, NC (Preference for NC & SC Licensed Surveyors)

Are you an experienced Professional Land Surveyor (P.L.S.) looking for a leadership role in a well-established firm? We’ve been providing expert land surveying services across North and South Carolina for decades, built on the principles of excellence and integrity.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Professional Land Surveyor to join our team as an Office/Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience and a strong technical background in land surveying.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience:

• Licensed P.L.S. (Preference for NC & SC licensure)
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the industry
• Proficiency in Carlson/Civil 3D, TDS, Carlson CE, GPS/RTK, and robotic surveying
• In-depth knowledge of:
  • Record mapping and as-builts
  • Topographic surveys and subdivisions
  • Creating 3D surface models
  • Preparing data for earthwork quantities
  • Construction stakeout calculations
