Compensation: $150,000 – $170,000 base (no bonus)

Our client is a UK-based engineering organization expanding its U.S. presence in the Engine Cooling Systems and Thermal Management segment for Military Land Vehicles. They are seeking a senior-level Product Manager to serve as the technical and customer-facing lead in the United States.
This role owns technical customer engagement, product positioning, proposal support, and market penetration in North America, working closely with Regional Sales Managers in the U.S. and engineering teams in the UK.
This is a fully remote role with significant autonomy and visibility.
Serve as the U.S. technical lead for engine cooling and thermal management solutions for military land vehicles
Engage directly with military OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and integrators
Review customer requirements and develop technical concepts and solution proposals
Support business development activities in partnership with U.S. Regional Sales Managers
Translate customer needs into commercially viable, technically sound solutions
Represent the company at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events
Act as the primary technical interface for engineering, procurement, and program teams
Support bid development, scope definition, contract changes, and delivery alignment
Coordinate closely with UK engineering, commercial, and legal teams
BS in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline
10+ years of experience in product management, applications engineering, or technical sales
Deep technical background in thermal management systems, specifically engine cooling technologies
Hands-on experience designing, developing, or selling vehicle cooling systems
Proven success supporting complex, engineered products in customer-facing roles
Strong presentation and communication skills with both technical and commercial audiences
Experience working with military vehicle OEMs or defense programs
Familiarity with military procurement processes and compliance requirements
Ability to travel up to 30% (U.S. and international)
