Robotics & Vision Engineer – Field Applications (Early Career)
Location: Research Triangle Park, NC (U.S.-based role)
Compensation: Starting at $70,000+ base (commensurate with experience) + ~10% bonus
Employment Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire
Travel: Approximately 20–50%

A confidential global industrial technology organization is expanding its Robotics & Vision product category and is seeking an early-career Robotics & Vision Engineer to support OEMs, system integrators, and advanced manufacturing customers across the U.S.
You will join this product line early in its lifecycle and help shape how robotics and vision technologies are applied, supported, and trusted in real industrial environments.
Entry-level by design (0–3 years targeted)
Hands-on exposure to real industrial robots and vision systems
Direct collaboration with Product Management, R&D, Sales, and global factory teams

As a Field Applications Engineer – Robotics & Vision, you will:
Support customers applying robotics, vision, and control technologies
Work with OEM machine builders and system integrators
Assist with system setup, testing, troubleshooting, and demonstrations
Grow into a trusted technical resource for this product category
You are not expected to know everything on day one. Training, mentorship, and hands-on exposure are part of the role.

B.S. in Engineering (Electrical, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or similar)
