Interested in Robotics but Early in Your Career?

This is a hands-on, growth-oriented opportunity for engineers who want to build real-world experience with industrial robots and vision systems, not sit behind a desk or support legacy products.

A confidential global industrial technology organization is expanding its Robotics & Vision product category and is seeking an early-career Robotics & Vision Engineer to support OEMs, system integrators, and advanced manufacturing customers across the U.S.

You will join this product line early in its lifecycle and help shape how robotics and vision technologies are applied, supported, and trusted in real industrial environments.

Why This Role Is Different

  • Entry-level by design (0–3 years targeted)

  • Hands-on exposure to real industrial robots and vision systems

  • Direct collaboration with Product Management, R&D, Sales, and global factory teams

  • Strong engineering culture focused on learning, ownership, and technical growth

  • Backed by a stable, global organization with long-term runway

This is not a maintenance role.
This is not legacy product support.

This is a chance to grow alongside a robotics business from the ground up.

As a Field Applications Engineer – Robotics & Vision, you will:

  • Support customers applying robotics, vision, and control technologies

  • Work with OEM machine builders and system integrators

  • Assist with system setup, testing, troubleshooting, and demonstrations

  • Early-career engineers curious about robotics and automation

  • Candidates with robotics or vision exposure through internships, co-ops, labs, or senior projects

  • Engineers who enjoy hands-on mechanical and electrical systems

  • Those who want to build a robotics career, not just support one

Background Profile

  • B.S. in Engineering (Electrical, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or similar)

  • 0–3 years of relevant experience

  • Hands-on experience with programming, testing, installing, or integrating systems
