Overview

A global counter-UAS (C-UAS) technology leader is seeking an accomplished Senior Sales Executive to expand business across the Public Safety and Law Enforcement sectors in North America. This high-visibility role is ideal for a strategic sales professional with a proven record of success selling mission-critical hardware and software solutions to state, local, and federal agencies, as well as critical-infrastructure operators.

The position is based in McLean, Virginia, and reports directly to executive leadership. The successful candidate will drive customer engagement from opportunity identification through contract capture, positioning advanced C-UAS technologies that protect personnel, infrastructure, and the public from evolving aerial threats.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full sales cycle—prospect identification, opportunity capture, proposal development, and contract negotiation—within the Public Safety and Law Enforcement market.

  • Develop, manage, and grow relationships with law enforcement agencies, municipalities, security integrators, and government stakeholders.

  • Collaborate closely with Business Development, Pre-Sales Engineering, and Program Management to craft tailored solutions that meet operational and compliance requirements.

  • Maintain and report on the sales pipeline through the company’s CRM, ensuring accurate forecasting and opportunity tracking.

  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, field demonstrations, and technology briefings.

  • Provide voice-of-customer feedback to product and engineering teams to influence future system capabilities and roadmap alignment.


Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in public safety, defense, or law enforcement sales, ideally with hardware and software technologies (C-UAS, surveillance, command-and-control, or related systems).

  • Demonstrated success executing complex, multi-stakeholder sales campaigns within state, local, and federal agencies.

  • Established network and strong working relationships within the public safety and homeland security community.

  • Proven ability to lead technical sales presentations, respond to RFPs/RFIs, and close multi-million-dollar opportunities.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills.

  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

  • Ability to travel up to 50% for client meetings, demonstrations, and events.

  • U.S. citizenship required due to the nature of customer engagements.
