Your Role with the Company
• Identifying and engaging new markets and customers, positioning the company as the go-to automation solutions partner
• Building and nurturing trusted relationships, from daily operations to the executive level
• Serving as the lead point of contact for accounts, understanding customer roadmaps and uncovering opportunities
• Delivering results by meeting revenue targets and providing accurate forecasts
You will also, combine technical expertise with strong commercial instincts to deliver customer-focused solutions that fuel business growth.

Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or related)
• 5+ years of automation and/or controls systems experience
• Knowledge of PLC, VFD, SCADA, and related automation technologies
• Strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable advocating solutions to customers
• Thorough understanding of control system design and coding
• Skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Background in sales and customer service with commercial expertise
• Demonstrated experience solving complex automation challenges
• 1+ year in a sales role, or 5+ years in applications engineering with customer interface and financial project involvement
