The Opportunity A well-established manufacturer of outdoor recreational products is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead operations at its Eufaula, Alabama facility. Key Responsibilities
Supervise and lead production teams to meet daily output, safety, and quality goals.
Coach, mentor, and build high-performing teams through collaboration and accountability.
Maintain a positive, productive work environment while managing conflict effectively.
Communicate clearly across all levels of the organization—verbally, in writing, and through presentations.
Oversee inventory alignment with Bills of Material (BOMs); run stock status reports to ensure all materials are available for production.
Support operational improvements that contribute to company growth and financial performance.
Partner with maintenance and supply chain teams to ensure MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) materials are properly managed to prevent downtime.
Qualifications
5+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing or production setting.
Experience working with electronic components, printed circuit boards (PCBs), or PCBA assemblies is strongly preferred.
Familiarity with BOM management, ERP/MRP/WMS systems, and inventory control.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence teams effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); comfortable analyzing production data.
General knowledge of manufacturing equipment and processes.
Ability to walk and stand for extended periods on the production floor.
