Overview:

As a Hardware Test Engineer, you'll play a key role in validating new hardware designs to ensure they meet performance and reliability standards. This is a hands-on, onsite role that blends engineering rigor with real-world testing of complex electromechanical systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct rigorous testing and validation of new hardware designs
Develop and run automated test scripts using LabVIEW, Python, or MATLAB
Troubleshoot and evaluate electromechanical systems and components
Utilize Linux command-line tools for diagnostics and scripting
Work with protocols such as Ethernet and CAN
Operate and interpret data from standard lab/test equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, multimeters, LISNs)
Required Qualifications:
Bachelorโs degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
2+ years of hands-on experience testing or troubleshooting electromechanical systems
Experience with automated test development and Linux-based environments
Familiarity with communication protocols (Ethernet, CAN)
Proficient in using lab equipment for signal analysis and diagnostics
Preferred Experience (Nice to Have):
EMI and environmental testing
Familiarity with standards such as MIL-STD-810H, MIL-STD-461G, MIL-STD-464, or DO-160
