Leads Line Centric Team to develop and execute a daily action plan to resolve losses, prevent recurrence, and track completion status.
Enhance machine operators' skills and autonomy through development, coaching, and standards enforcement.
Assessing asset performance and the correct situation where needed.
Work with production planners to optimize production schedule and grade changes.
Develop and implement line-specific action plans, standardize maintenance procedures, and recommend initiatives to boost efficiency and productivity.
Coordinate resources to address potential work conflicts, review performance from the previous 24 hours and conduct daily performance analyses.
Contribute to post-shutdown reviews by providing data analysis and proposing corrective actions during Line Centric Team (LCT) meetings.
Support divisional goals in health and safety, productivity, quality, and continuous improvement, including 5S initiatives.
Manage documentation by creating training materials for hourly employees and developing, updating, and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 5 years of project leadership experience with strong problem-solving skills
College diploma or degree (Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering)
Proven ability to coach and mentor teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent communication, follow-up, and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail, adaptable, autonomous, and effective in navigating complex situations.
