Travel Requirement: Up to 70% regional travel
We are seeking a mission-driven Senior Clinical Specialist to provide technical, educational, and sales support for Coronary Renal Denervation (CRDN) procedures, with a focus on CathWorks FFRangio technology. The role supports clinical operations, in-service education, and field sales strategy in a defined territory.
This field-based position is ideal for a professional with strong cardiovascular clinical experience, technical aptitude, and a desire to collaborate with physicians and hospital teams to improve patient outcomes.
Technical & Procedural Support:
Support CRDN procedures and troubleshoot product use in cath lab settings.
Serve as the first-line contact for daily operations at assigned accounts.
Provide on-site support during procedures and ensure appropriate product utilization.
Educational Support:
Train physicians, hospital personnel, and office staff on device functionality and best practices.
Conduct in-services, seminars, and "train-the-trainer" programs for clinical staff.
Support onboarding and continuous education of internal clinical and sales teams.
Sales Support:
Partner with regional sales to implement business plans and drive CRDN adoption.
Maintain case documentation and follow-up communication with field sales teams.
Provide post-procedural updates and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
To be considered, candidates must meet one of the following:
High School Diploma and 8+ years of healthcare or technical field experience
Associate Degree and 6+ years of related experience
Bachelor’s Degree and 4+ years of related experience
Background in cardiovascular, cath lab, or interventional procedure support
Strong project management and customer service skills
Knowledge of medical device industry terminology and regulatory environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Must be able to lift 40 lbs, wear 7–9 lbs of lead for extended OR procedures
Frequent standing, walking, bending, and use of mobile/computer devices
Must have a valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance
Environmental exposure to infectious disease and radiation possible
