RESPONSIBILITIES
Could you outline the day-to-day functions and major project types this role will support?
Assist in the planning, design, and execution of land development projects, ensuring that they meet project specifications and client requirements.
Support the Project Manager in coordinating tasks, timelines, and resources.
Prepare and review technical designs, site plans, and project specifications.
Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with local and state regulations.
Monitor project progress, identifying potential issues, and assisting with problem resolution.
Provide support in budgeting, scheduling, and ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget.
Conduct site inspections and ensure the quality of work performed aligns with project goals and industry standards
Will they be client-facing or focused on internal design/production?

REQUIREMENTS
Years of experience required/preferred?
4+ required, 6+ preferred both in civil/site projects
Required software proficiency (e.g., Civil 3D, Carlson, MicroStation)?
Civil 3D, Office products
Licensure or certification requirements (e.g., P.E., LSIT)?
Professional Engineer (P.E.) or ability to receive PE within 12 months
Educational background preferences?
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
PROJECT FOCUS
Will this role support specific sectors (e.g., single-family, senior living, roadway, utility, or drainage)?
Haha, everything! Our current bread and butter is Master Planning, Commercial, Industrial, Retail, Multi-family, Drainage Infrastructure and Roadway infrastructure (for Private clients, we avoid Public works typically)
