Qualifications
Master’s degree in Physical Therapy.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in home health as a physical therapist.
Current physical therapy license within the state of practice, adhering to professional standards and practices.
Valid CPR certification, maintained throughout the clinical tenure.
Licensed driver with the ability to travel to various business locations.
