Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct support and interventions based on individualized treatment and behavior plans.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to assess progress and enhance client outcomes.
  • Utilize evidence-based techniques to promote behavioral and emotional growth.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client sessions.
  • Stay informed on best practices and advancements in behavioral health therapies.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience working with individuals facing behavioral or mental health challenges.
  • Strong understanding of behavior management techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of others.

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Successful completion of state and federal background checks.
  • Physical capability to perform job-related tasks (e.g., lifting up to 25 lbs).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (if applicable).
  • Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or behavioral intervention.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, or a related field.
  • Current CPR/First Aid Certification.
  • Fingerprint clearance (if required by state regulations).
  • Previous experience in behavioral health, mental health, or special education settings.
