Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Director with a Registered Nurse (RN) background to lead our hospice operations in Danville. This full-time role demands a compassionate leader who can drive excellence in patient care, ensure compliance, and foster a collaborative team environment.
Your Role
•    Lead and engage with diverse teams to ensure the delivery of exceptional care to patients and families.
•    Develop and implement strategies to enhance the quality of hospice services and ensure regulatory compliance.
•    Oversee all operational activities, including patient care, staff management, and quality assurance initiatives.
•    Monitor financial performance and ensure cost-effective care delivery.
•    Participate in Quality Assurance Performance Improvement (QAPI) processes, including audits and patient satisfaction measures.
•    Serve as the primary contact for the agency during business hours and be available for urgent matters as needed.
Qualifications
•    Active In-state registered nurse license.
•    Minimum of three years of successful leadership experience in hospice setting.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve organizational goals.
