FSQ Manager (Quality)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage data from various sources related to quality, compliance and food safety
• Develop strategic solutions to publish data trend analysis reports
• Provides routine compliance and complaint reports as required by Hood’s key Customers and Business Partners
• Lead projects to develop and implement data informatics systems
• Provide support for the Group Vice President and FSQR Directors on special projects as needed
• Serve as the SME for critical quality and process data repositories
• Provide on-site support at HP Hood facilities with Statistical Quality Control
• Provide training as necessary to the Teams at each HP Hood Facility
• Utilize statistical software to provide meaningful information to the facilities
• Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in food science/nutrition, Engineering, applied statistics or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of quality and/or regulatory in the food industry.
Skills and Competencies:
• Excellent Computer Skills (Word, Excel), adapts to new technologies Experience with Power BI
• Expertise with SQL
• Functional understanding of Statistical Process Control Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness
• Looks for ways to improve and promote quality Shows strong enthusiasm, volunteers readily Exceptional
interpersonal skills
• Presents numerical data effectively
• Able to read and interpret written information
